HET may use website analytics and customer relationship management services to understand how visitors find and use the site, connect inquiries with their source pages or campaigns, route requests, and manage follow-up. Depending on consent settings, these services may process device information, IP addresses, online identifiers, page activity, and inquiry details on HET's behalf.
